From the moment I asked for a walk through evaluation regarding the sale of my home, to the myriad details following the auction sale, Sam presented a friendly, positive "most certainly we can do it" approach. No question was too silly or awkward, no comment was left unanswered. Using WhatsApp from the beginning enabled me to stay in the loop regardless of the time of day and meant that details could be revisited as required. I felt a fully valued partner in the sales process, with my knowledge of the property and expectations taken into account, while Sam and Isabella brought their professional skills, market knowledge and contacts into the mix for a team effort that obtained great results.
