Righto let’s cut to the chase… my house was a tricky sale!! Though a beautiful townhouse… the strata fees are frighteningly high!! They make your eyes water! However, Sam and Isabella made a sound plan to navigate this. Their recommendations on how to prepare my house, how to market it, and how to present it for open homes worked an absolute treat! Their quick communication and reassurance was greatly appreciated! I honestly didn’t think we could get the price we would get in todays iffy market - but thanks to ‘the pair of maestros’ we received an offer after the first open home and voila - the sold sign appeared outside my house not long after!
