Samantha Linsdell is the consummate professional! From the moment I met Sam, I was filled with absolute confidence in her abilities due to her authentic, helpful and personable approach to not only me, but to all who were attending the open home for this very popular property on a cold, rainy Saturday morning! Sam represented the property and the vendor exceptionally well, showing sound knowledge and demonstrating genuine respect and care for all parties whilst providing relevant information (and answering many questions!) to assist potential buyers with next steps. Sam has outstanding property market knowledge, is an amazingly prompt and helpful communicator and has an exceptional 'can-do', client focused approach to all she does. Sam's helpful and considered communication style and her warm personability certainly helped take a lot of the stress and worry out of buying a new home, and I am so very grateful that Sam was the agent responsible for selling this amazing property.
