I had my unit listed for over a year with LJ Hooker. Not one offer even though other units were selling in the complex and of similar quality. It is for this reason I give one star. I requested Sam take it off the original sales representative as it was unacceptable to have had to endure that representative’s level of selling efforts. I had requested that it not be given to that representative but was told Sam worked with her. This was not the case, in my opinion.

Samantha and Mark were so professional, they knew all there was about the area, made suggestions about how to present my property and all was done so it didn’t impact my life, as selling can sometimes be a little stressful. Whenever I had a question, Samantha was always on hand and always had the answer. Both Sam and Mark always turned up to home opens with smiles on their faces , always happy for a chat and laugh and most importantly always followed up with feedback after home opens . This team has to be the best in the business and I would definitely be recommending them to anyone thinking of selling or buying.

For Samantha my property was smaller than she usually would have dealt with, however I felt I received the same service as if my property was a $2 million beachside mansion. I really appreciated that.

The whole process was easy and exceeded my expectations in every way. Most importantly the price achieved was exactly what I was told it would be. My advice, find an agent you trust and listen to them!!
