Took a year to sell
I had my unit listed for over a year with LJ Hooker. Not one offer even though other units were selling in the complex and of similar quality. It is for this reason I give one star. I requested Sam take it off the original sales representative as it was unacceptable to have had to endure that representative’s level of selling efforts. I had requested that it not be given to that representative but was told Sam worked with her. This was not the case, in my opinion.

Thank you for your feedback, it was an extremely hard task to even gain entry to your tenanted property during the listing period and when we did, it didn’t present well, with multiple people living there, mattresses on the floor etc …. The tenant didn’t answer us or the Property Manager and sometimes took weeks to allow entry. I apologise if you feel that we didn’t secure a sale fast enough but happily it did sell in the end. The market at this point in time was also not bouyant and being under 50sqm many buyers could not obtain finance from the major Tier One lenders. Thank you for your understanding 😊
