Samantha was a sales agent I could trust and rely on. She was genuine and knowledgeable from our first discussion about the sale. Her knowledge on the market, guided my listing price - resulting in a sale above asking within a week. She was prompt and continued to keep myself and the buyers excited and took the stress away. She helped with styling and tips for the photos so they turned out better than I imagined. I was traveling during the sale and she continued to work hard to reach me when urgent and kept my parents in the loop for me. There was no question too silly and she was clear when explaining processes to me as I’ve never sold before. There were a few items on building and pest and she worked hard for quotes and getting everything sorted.
