Sam did an excellent job in presenting the house how it was, advising its goods, bads and even helping us envision ourselves in it. Very personable, upfront and honest. We had no surprises come building and pest, which can sometimes be an interesting time for sales in the area. Overall accommodating, allowing us to see the place prior to inspection and after our offer was received, with family. As first home buyers her level of involvement was really appreciated.
