She is not a used car salesman trying to sell you anything, walking thru the property, she pointed out all the good things and talked with me as a person, and listened to my needs. After the sale she has continued to be a helping need between myself and the vendors, with the difficulties that can arise when two people are swapping properties. Sam was excellent in every aspect. Kept in touch regularly, provided detailed feedback after every inspection. We could have easily thought that we were her only vendors. Even after settlement she checked in with us to see how everything went and provided us with any assistance long after she was obligated to. I found Samantha to be very easy to deal with and very willing to answer questions and provide extra information.
