Sam is fantastic, she is great at her job and a genuinely lovely and reliable person. She is friendly, knowledgeable and goes above and beyond in her customer service. Sam works extremely hard , her communication is excellent, she is warm and welcoming, always polite and professional. During such a stressful time as buying a house, I have been so grateful to have had such a professional agent to liaise with.
