Yes I found samantha to be up front, honest, and went out of her way. The only thing is if a customer has said something and has done nothing but do what they have said dont pressure the client because of a vendor.

Sam was from the very beginning, a person who was warm and friendly. I first went to Sylvester’s after I met Sam doing a letter box drop, approx 18 months prior. We were happy when Sam became the agent to sell our home. Sam always listened to what we had to say. Described the market extremely well and organised everything. We were comfortable knowing Sam was always a phone call away, didn’t matter what time of day. We witnessed the hard work Sam put in on perspective buyers, and one in particular was extremely rude.
