Selling with Ray White Dubbo was overall a good experience. The Agent (Sam) was professional and provided frequent updates as I was selling out of state which meant communication was key in my confidence throughout the sale process. That said there was a minor laps in communication after I accepted an offer which subsequently fell through but the other offers were recouped and I was able to settle with another party despite it not being the best 2 offers put forward previously. I believe more rigorous vetting of potential buyers and their situations could have helped me make a better decision first time round as I felt that I didn't get a confident direction from Ray White once the offers came in. This may have been due to inexperience or negligence on their part as I hadn't seen this from other agencies in the past. Minor things such as proactive communication of lawn maintenance req, cleaning inside after busy inspections would leave grass etc inside could be improved on. That aside I found Sam to be very helpful in the process leading up to sale with the organisation of furniture staging and marketing. She was always approachable, easy to talk to and presented herself professionally.
