Samantha is the best agent that we have ever worked with for both the sale and purchase of a property. The sale was expected to take a while as it is in an area that has alot of properties for sale currently, plus interest rates arent the best so buyers are slim - however the property sold within a week of being on the market. Samantha gave us advise on how best to get the property sold - including improvements to the property and the reasonable price range to expect. Samantha then organised all of the improvements required in prep for the first open - which had ~40 people through! After a quick offer / negotiations period, of which Sam again came through when offering advise on negotiations, we ended up selling the property for above our highest price range. Sam was quick and on the ball with all of the right industry contacts to get things done quickly. I dropped the ball on getting the section 32 done until the last minute - Sam pulled some strings to get it out so that we could get the offer signed.
Samantha & Andrew were super helpful, considerate of our situation, and got lots of people thru the property, the styling was amazing and we were very happy as a family with the overall result of the sale.
