After Having our property on the market for a good couple of months with another agent. Samantha approached us, suggesting she would be able to sell it and at the price we wanted. The other agent had started sowing seeds of doubt in our mind about the price after a couple of open homes and was giving us a lot negative feedback. We had sold another property with this agent and had the same experience. We realize now it was just a tactic to put doubt in our mind in order for us to lower the price so he could off load it and get his commission. Samantha on the other hand was very confident she would be able to get us a sale and very quickly at the price we wanted. We were in no way being greedy, but wanted as close to market value as we could. So once the other agents exclusive period was over we took it off the market and re-listed it with Samantha. 3 days later we had an offer for a price close to what were willing to accept. Samantha was so confident she would be able to get an improved offer, so we took her advice and had another couple of open homes. The feedback we got from these was always positive.
