On commencement Sameer advised on the most effective marketing strategy for the property which proved successful given there was a lot of other similar properties on the market in the area at similar prices. Sameer's marketing focused on the unique features and benefits of my property. His communication is amazing. He maintained constant communication; not only keeping me updated but also following up on all parties involved to ensure no delays including the buyers, solicitors, building & pest inspectors, tenants and on-site property manager. A number of issues did arise, however Sameer remained 100% focused on negotiating and resolving the issues to ensure all parties were happy and the contract went through. The property was being sold with vacant possession. Off his own back Sameer organised three alternative properties in the local area for the current tenants. Sameer has a hard work ethic and fully commits to his job … but what also stood out to me was his heart and how much he cared to ensure that not only was I looked after, but also the tenants.
