I bought a one bedroom apartment 11 years ago from Sami. I mentioned that I wanted to buy an apartment, he took it on board and one day when there was a private sale of a one bedroom apartment, he contacted me. I went to see it and I liked it very much and within a short period of time, that apartment was mine. No stress, no worry, he took care of everything. 11 years later, I wanted to sell the same apartment, so I contacted Sami again. Again, like before, he provided Gold service from start to end. He took care of the tenants moving out, cosmetic repair of the apartment, organised the Conveyancers, the rent of furniture for marketing purposes, just to name a few. When getting ready for the apartment to be put on sale, he provided suggestions on items that need repairing , fixing, polishing, painting, etc, and provided quotes on those items and arranged everything that the apartment needed to get it done and ready for the sale. From my end, it was effortless. He informed me all potential buyers that came to view the apartment ; what happened on the days of the open inspections, all prospective buyers that reached out to him, basically all events that happened to the apartment, I was well-informed ! Finally, the apartment was sold ! It was higher than my expectations. I was happy at $ABC , but he managed to get $ABCD for me. Really satisfying experience. No worry no stress, I know I am in good hands. His service is very highly recommended.
