A fair result on the day

Sami contacted us as owners many years ago and despite our unit not about to be on the market, he stayed in contact with us, keeping us abreast of the market in Ultimo. When we finally decided to sell, we did not hesitate to give the job to Sami. The sales campaign was professional, and we believe Sami left no stone unturned in his effort to achieve the best price possible. We achieved a fair price, (all owners hope for more!), but the market decided fair value, and we accepted.
