5 years ago we had purchased this unit from Sammy at Elders inner west. We were impressed then with his honesty and great communication skills. Even after that sale he was able to help with minor details (ie: paint colour etc) of the existing property. 5 years later we engaged him to sell for us. He was a great choice to say the least. Long before the auction results (which was over expectation), Sammy had been amazing to us. He was always respectful, caring, understanding and honest. He kept us up to date with all aspects of the inspections and auction. He was never complacent and worked extremely hard right up until the last bid was in.
