My wife and I were very interested in buying a property that was advertised by LJ Hooker, we contacted Sam as soon as the property hit the market, I did not have any expectation that I would receive a reply in the current market but were pleasantly surprised when Sam rang us within 1/2 an hour. Sam quickly agreed to let us view the property and answered all of our question with concise knowledge and understanding of our questions, Sam did not try to hard sell us and allowed the property and us to make a quick decision, Sam's professional attitude and friendly personality made it really easy for us to make an offer on the property that same day, Sam then took away all the hard work for us and kept us informed at every step. We could not be happier with Sam's professionalism or friendly caring nature, he took the stress out of finding a family home for our family.
