Sam was amiable and helpful without being too pushy or over the top. His knowledge of the area and success with previous sales gave me the confidence to place my house in his hands. Leadup to the listing was smooth and professional, with the help of the equally friendly and easy-to-deal with Rachelle. Once the campaign was underway I felt my interests were very well represented, and Sam was highly communicative and assuring when my nervous jitters were voiced.
