We met Patrick and Sam whilst looking at another house. It was there enthusiasm and communication that grabbed my attention. They knew there market, they understood the product and listened to us as buyers. Over the partnership we have had great communication, we felt like we were prioritised, nothing was too much trouble to complete for us. The marketing program that they put together couldnt have shown house if any better light and in the end we got the best possible result. If we were selling in the area again we definitely would use Patrick and Sam.
