After first meeting Sam while interviewing agents to list our house he instantly impressed us with his youthful enthusiasm, knowledge of the market and pressure free approach. His personal touch of dropping a handwritten letter in the mailbox showed to us the effort he was prepare to go to. After selling our home we began the process of searching for our dream home. Having a young family, at times it was difficult, but the house had to be perfect. We must of attended over 100 open houses over a 5 month period until we found the right one. Through it all there was only one agent that was in constant contact with us. Sam, he was fantastic. He gave brilliant advise about any property even though the majority weren’t his. He helped us to understand the different influences impacting the real estate market and the best tactics to be successful at purchasing. The moment he did have something he thought we might be interested in he would call directly to make sure we were available to attend the open home. On auction day and throughout the bidding process it was great to have someone there we had a relationship with and trusted. We couldn’t be happier with the house and we attribute a lot of that to Sam. We cannot be more grateful towards Sam, we now have a wonderful home for our family to enjoy. We will be forever grateful towards Sam for helping us find a home.
