Buying a property is a big challenge for someone who works offshore in terms of both attending physical inspections and managing the rest of the purchase and settlement processes. Sam is a sale guy who, at first, did not put unwanted pressure in making the buy decision, but then once I decided to buy, not only he was very approachable, he was able to carry subsequent negotiations and get things resolved.
