I have used Cortes Management group for the last few years to manage an investment property. I’ve never held the keys myself, they assisted right from completion of the build which was a turn key package from final building inspections to securing a tenant right away. The invoicing system is very helpful and summarises everything you need at tax time in one document ready to be sent to the accountancy. I was regularly updated on maintenance and inspections. Generally when a maintenance issue was raised they already had a few quotes to solve the issue. Inspections always came with an offer to attend and included detailed pictures and notes on the status of the property. As a property owner living a few hours away from the home this made making decisions so much easier with the property being completely managed. They always responded quickly to any requests I had and when the time came to put the property on the market, actioned this very quickly and secured a sale before we even had a chance to advertise.
