Having dealt with a number of real estate agents over the past 20 years I was sceptical when my wife told me that a young guy called Sam knocked on our door and introduced himself about 2 years ago When the time came for my wife and I to sell we contacted Sam and got the process going. In a declining market Sam with the backing of Fergus Nutt went into sales and marketing mode for us. There were offers that were unacceptable and Sam politely told the prospective buyers this on our behalf. Due to the market drop we decided to take the property of the market.
