The team at Drew Lindsay/Sothebys did a very good job in finding a buyer for us in a difficult market Lead by Samuel Lindsay and Mike Whelan a price which was satisfactory to both us and the buyer was achieved. A higher priced was suggested initially but in the end we had enough faith in Samuels guidance to get us a good result. Though there was very little evidence of obvious marketing- no signage, just one advertisement as well as window display , it appears that the list of contacts on the data base was the best method of locating our buyer We have already recommended Samuels and Mike to our friends both couples who have made contact with the firm The process of sale was both professional and more than satisfactory
