Outstanding knowledge, communication and professionalism

I was initially looking for a property in old Bowral with a 5-10 minute walk into town. Given there were very few homes on the market in Bowral I started to look outside the immediate area but still within a few minutes of Bowral. I was specific about my needs. Having come from an 1860’s home in the Highlands I was looking to downsize into another character home. I found a property on the base of Mt. Gibraltar through Drew Lindsay RE, which had the heritage and character I was looking for. I spoke to Sam Lindsay on the phone and he provided me with an overview of the home and I was convinced I needed to look. The home had recently been renovated to a high standard and needed little or no work. I contacted Sam numerous times to go back and take a look at the home and nothing was too much trouble. He was very helpful with finding the company who completed the renovations. Communication was outstanding but for me to the secure the property I needed a much longer settlement. Sam was instrumental in achieving what I think was a good price for the vendor and equally was able to negotiate a longer settlement. He was honest, accommodating and professional during our negotiating right through to exchanging contracts. He has since offered me to come back anytime to look and measure before settlement and allowed me to look at the property for landscaping. I couldn’t recommend Sam and Drew Lindsay R.E. high enough.
