Very dishonest guy with zero knowledge

Sam allowed the buyer to change deposit from $100k to $5k & push settlement date back by 3 weeks on a $2.7 Mil sale without discussing it with me, the owner. He didn't pass on important message from the buyer to me in cooling off period. He has zero knowledge about real estate, marketing & sales. Communication- extremely poor.
