Sam presented and communicated very well. He seemed keen to reduce the asking price early in the marketing campaign before the market had been really tested.

1. Before sale: not honest with the property, didn't inform all the information regarding this property. I have to find out myself. 2. Under settlement: didn't follow up with any process. He and his partner did call a few times but nothing achieved from these calls. I have to follow up and chase everything myself.
