At the end of the day Sam worked hard and got the job done well done mate . And Sam is a gentlemen he is relaxed he’s not pushy and if he thinks we can change things and spice it up for the buyer well he does and he will always ask before he does anything and a real nice bloke to top it of and nothing is to hard for him he came out here a few times at night we’re everyone else is eating or getting ready to relax in Wolsess sam ready to do wat ever it is he has to cheers bud and he sold our house pretty quick compared to our last place that took forever
