We had a deadline to be sold by and Samuel met it, despite selling at a difficult time due to a shifting market. The lovely photos and 3D tour were great to generate interest and every one of the open homes were attended by more than one interested party. We were kept in the loop after all inspections, and serious interest was followed up promptly.

I spoke to several Real Estate agents before I decided upon using Shooters as a sole agent. From the first encounter with Shooters I felt confident that they were the best choice. Sam explained his plan and vision regarding the best way to approach the sale of my property. This plan encompassed innovative ideas for ensuring the best possible result. Initially I wanted to go to auction because I thought an auction would give me a set timeframe and hopefully get the highest bid. Sam explained to me that when you have buyers at an auction the winning bidder may have be willing to offer more money to purchase your property but they will only bid just above the next bidder this amount may be lower that they intended to go up to so potentially you are selling your property to the next best bidder. This changed my mind about going to auction and made perfect sense. Throughout the whole process communication was excellent. We moved to South Australia and left the Property in Sam’s hands to sell. I was concerned about the sale maintaining momentum because we were so far away but Sam and his team were always enthusiastic and available to talk with. They kept me informed about the condition and presentation of my property, so distance was not a problem. I was also concerned when interest rates were on the rise, Sam managed to retain several genuine potential buyers to make sure if a buyer fell through he could contact others which was very reassuring. Closing the sale presented some issues, as most sale can have, but Sam and his team managed to resolve these to the delight of all parties concerned.
