From the first inspection until the settlement of the sale, Samuel and his team were highly professional, personable and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to deal with him especially in a 'challenging' market for purchasers. He went out of his way to make sure everything was running smoothly ( from negotiations to legal matters) and stayed in the loop the whole time, notwithstanding that I was only a small fish in the massive housing market.
