I recently sold my property with the help of Samuel Shooter and his team and the whole process was smooth, made easy for me and I had lots of communication throughout from his team. I am currently living overseas and SJ Shooter have been managing my property the last few years, after I was disappointed by another local agent. The price Samuel achieved was in line with the expectations he had suggested, which had surprised me initially as being higher than I was expecting. We even had our first offer fall through but still managed the same price with another buyer. And Samuel was able to help organize a few extra requests from the buyer, as well as suggesting a local lawyer who could help me with the sale as well.
