I first found Sam Theo when we were looking to rent out our house in the suburb of St Peters. We had lived in the house some 25 years earlier and had since moved interstate. Sam is a realestate agent with a heart which is quite rare in this industry. We were able to secure or were confident to buy our house because of his warm attitude.
