I first found Sam Theo when we were looking to rent out our house in the suburb of St Peters. We had lived in the house some 25 years earlier and had since moved interstate. We were now keen to have someone to manage locally following the departure of a long-term tenant we had been managing directly. He personally drove the campaign resulting in 7 registered bidders for auction. He then auctioned himself with outstanding results. He achieved a record price for the suburb. I would be more than happy to recommend Sam Theo. He has impressed me with his ability to not only manage a property in the area but to drive a sales campaign to achieve outstanding results.
