Excellent Agent

We used Sam from Sublime to manage our rental property for the past couple of years. Sam and his team have always been responsive, providing us with peace of mind knowing that the tenant was in good hands. Any maintenance requests were raised with us promptly, allowing us to ensure the tenant is happy and secure in their home. When it came time for us to sell the property, using Sam to manage the sale was a no-brainer. Sam was open and transparent about the price we could expect in the current market. There were no false expectations created. After each open home Sam would call and provide us feedback about the number of people that came through, and their overall interest including the range they thought the property was worth. Sam's ongoing communication put us at ease and helped lower our stress during the first property sale we have ever made. As a result of Sam's campaign, we ended up getting a much higher price than we had expected initially. We can't thank Sam enough for his time, expertise and personable nature in handling this for us. We now have some extra funds to put towards our family home purchase!
