Samuel helped the reviewer sell this property

Knowledgeable and friendly

Samuel is an enthusiastic and knowledgeable agent with a great understanding of the local market. During our recent sales experience he provided very good advice on what work and preparation was worth doing (and what was not) prior to going to market, and kept us informed at every stage. He was able to recommend and organise necessary contractors such as cleaners and stylists at relatively short notice within a very busy market. Samual responded well when minor issues arose during the process, and I really appreciated his persistence in following up, especially when we were first thinking about selling. All in all definitely a 5-star experience, thank you.
