I was going to rent my property out through Sanaz, but she convinced me to sell my property instead. I was informed that the market value of my property was no less than $595,000, but the final price was only $550,000 which is pretty how much I bought this property in 2014. I understand that the whole property market in 2017-2018 was pretty bad due to over development of new properties, especially in townhouse and apartment sections. However, the whole selling process gives me a feeling that my agent who is of course Sanaz was "losing control" most of the time to the buyers. She will be a better agent if she can learn to push harder on the buyers side, but again, that is just my opinion. Overall, it was OK.

We found Sanaz to be the right fit for us to sell our home as she didn’t put on a show just to get the listing. She was personable and listened to our needs and expectations and asked us questions to ascertain our direction and knew when not to come to us with an offer that wasn’t where we were thinking. She understands he clients and will push to get the best outcome for them without hesitation. But also being realistic and guiding us if she felt we were off the market. Sanaz seemed to have her finger on the market in our area & although our open days (2) didn't attract a lot of interest we were extremely happy with her suggestion to aim the sale at prospective investors or developers over a period of 14 days. This stratagy paid off & we accepted an offer after only two weeks. The only downside was having to pack up so fast. :).
