I had never dealt with a real estate agent before, however after checking out a few in and around the area of sale, my daughter and I settled on Sandeep Kathpalia from O'Briens Real Estate, Deer Park. Initially he took the time to talk with us and was upfront about the actual process of selling a house together with an idea of approximate costs involved.
