We recently sold our house in Wynnum through Sandi. She was such a pleasure to work with!! Her energy, enthusiasm genuineness and caring nature is second to none. Sandi was organised from the onset stepping us through her process, answering all our questions with ease and providing us with a schedule of dates/times for photos, open homes etc so we knew exactly what was happening and when. Sandi involved us in the whole process (which is what we wanted) and didn't do anything without communicating with us first. She was early for every appointment offering to lend a hand (she even set up our new linen sofa and cleaned windows as we were all running around like crazy cleaning up for the photos, having only just finished renovating our home). She was easily contactable, still answering emails and texts outside of business hours to make the sale of our house happen in such a short timeframe. Everything went like clockwork and we were delighted with the outcome and the process in general. We are so excited to move on to our next chapter that we have dreamt about for the past 10 years which Sandi has now played a big part in making that happen for us! Sandi has so much long term experience in the Wynnum manly market, it is awesome experience to work with her. I sold my house with her in 2017 and achieved a very good result in about 12 days.
