Open and down to earth.

I first met Sandi at an open house which didn't really suit us but I immediately felt relaxed when chatting with Sandi about what we were after. There was no awkwardness or formality and I didn't feel like I had to 'play it smart' in a wheeling and dealing sort of way which I had come to expect when communicating with agents. Sandi understood straight away what we were after. At a later date I was very excited to meet Sandi at an open house that we were very interested in. That house is now ours. Sandi communicated cheerfully, honestly and openly with us throughout the process and we really couldn't be happier. Thank you Sandi.
