If you are looking for someone who is knowledgeable about the market, a great communicator and most importantly someone who is true to their word then Sandi is definitely your agent of choice. After researching agents in the area we decided to talk to Sandi. Choosing an agent is not as easy as it seems. On the surface everyone looks professional and makes promises as to what they can do to help you with your sale. Of course what people say and what they do afterwards can be two very different things. Sandi has been amazing throughout the entire process and has kept her word on everything. In fact she's gone above and beyond to assist me and being an interstate seller I've had to rely on her completely. Her communication has been faultless and throughout the whole process she has kept me up to date with everything that has been happening through phone calls, emails, texts and reports. She was also able to refer me to other services to help ensure all work was done to the property and has made what is a stressful process as stress free as possible. Given the aftermath of Cyclone Alfred she even checked on the property at my request even before I had signed all the paperwork and for this I was truly appreciative. Of course in getting ready for sale I met the neighbours and everyone knew Sandi and spoke very highly of her reaffirming my decision to appoint her as my agent.
