Sandi has sold three properties for me in recent years, and I wouldn't go anywhere else. She goes all out to get the best price for her clients. If any maintenance or repairs are needed prior to sale Sandi will find reliable and reasonably priced tradesmen or handymen- as the case requires- to do the jobs. Sandi knows her area very well and stays in close contact both before and after sale.
