Buying a house is a two way street and Sandie was the double lines in the middle that found the best outcome for both parties.

Sandie was evaluated against two others agents from different agencies. I was selling a property on behalf of an incapacitated family member, and had to ensure compliance with obligations under a power of attorney. Assessing the three was very dispassionate and clinical. Sandie stood out against the two other (male) agents, demonstrating an approach that met professional as well as personal commitment. All three agencies offered almost identical marketing strategies, one very much cheaper than Sandie and the other agent. Sandie provided comprehensive details on how the sale would be approached and managed from start to finish. She focused on personal skills and experience, with emphasis on her own successes, where the other agents focused on their brand’s overall corporate pitch and position. Sandie introduced a buyer-in-waiting just prior to property sale launch, and had the buyer commit to a better than top of the price range to secure the property. The buyer executed a contract within days, and I secured a price above expectations. A major issue was that I live interstate, and relied heavily on Sandie’s good will and generosity to organise cleaning, property presentation and forwarding items left behind in error after clearing the property in anticipation of settlement. Her calm and composed approach to managing me as a stressed seller was simply brilliant. Her demeanor, good humour, professionalism and dedication to completing the sale, balancing both the buyer’s and seller’s expectations, has been nothing but outstanding. Having been a party to property transactions more than a dozen times in the last thirty years, I can honestly say I have never been so impressed by an agent working for me.
