Sandra was able to achieve our set price for our modest little unit in Warana, in the face of some low offers by some who viewed the unit. Sandra was able to clarify aspects of Duplex unit "common area" with potential buyers who did not quite understand the difference between a fenced yard and private yard in respect to units. The eventual buyer had ongoing complications with the purchase and continuing delays and extensions to settlement date were unsettling, but Sandra stayed the course and continued to "sell" the home until the contract went unconditional. Any little issues on the path to sale are overlooked in light of the price achieved which is the big issue when selling property.
