Sandra has a really nice demeanour She was great in developing rapport with me. A couple of things I struggled with were that the sign did not go up before Christmas though we did discuss to have that done and then when I got to Narrogin 3 weeks later it was not up. With a slow market it is really important to email text or ring the seller weekly - I know it is quiet but still want feedback. At settlement it was the settlement agent who contacted me to inform me settlement had taken lace not Sandra - still have not heard from her post settlement. Loved her as a person - just a few loose ends which I believe if she works on she will nail the market completely in Narrogin I'd recommend her to others selling in Narrogin Thanks Sandra Tam
