Circumstances in 2014 seen me take up and overseas posting in a hurry, which left me with a slightly neglected & unused town house requiring renovation and sale. I was recommended to Harcourts and Sandra by a friend and am so very glad. Though initially I had huge reservations about dealing with the sale and especially the required fix up work from OS, I need not have worried, from First contact Sandra was an absolute professional and easy to deal with. She handled all the required quotes, renovations and supervision of her trusted and competent sub contractors who done a superb job at a very competitive price as well as providing repair and marketing advice. Then after 3 short weeks came the first (rainy) open day which originally disappointingly only attracted 3 people! BUT not to be disjointed for long as 2 of the 3 people made offers within 12 hrs of viewing (both above my expectations) and acceptance made of the best offer. In short My simple little slightly neglected 1 & 1/2 bed town house had been transformed in just a few short weeks and sold within 3 days of hitting the market! That's about where you would expect an estate agent to wipe their hands of you and bank their commission, However Sandra continued to do so much more in ensuring that both myself and the buyer were 1000% happy and informed on the settlement process and that the move in was as seamless as possible, which as i am over seas and couldn't get paper work signed verified and delivered in time was not as simple;e as it would seam. I can and will attest to being happily surprised by the service and outcome, which, in today's world is not always up to my standards and can only apologize at my own slackness for not completing this review a lot sooner!!!!!!!!
