Initially when I decided to sell my current property I'd met with a few different agents & eventually chose Sandra based on her professionalism but also easy going & approachable manner. Sandra was also patient with me during the initial stages of me getting my property ready to present to potential buyers & whilst I felt at times I was dragging the chain at no stage was I put under any pressure. During the marketing period, I received regular communications from either Sandra or her "offsider" Hannah Green. Once exchange on my sale was secured I was then able to look for a new property to purchase & had seen another property she had listed & whilst I was unable to attend the scheduled open home, Hannah was able to accommodate a private inspection for me without any fuss. Sandra offered us advise on how to best prepare our property for market. The do's and don'ts on painting, carpet replacement, maintenance and garden issues. With property appraisal and evaluation, again Sandra was very close to where the actual property sat within the market on the day. Sandra also offered advise on how to assess the feedback from prospective bidders and where our bottom line should sit. From start to finish Sandra provided us with her great experience and exceeded our expectations.
