Sandra Sutikno is the BEST agent at Ray White Balwyn

Sandra is the BEST agent Ray White Balwyn has. She is extremely talented, very professional and has in-depth knowledge about the properties she deals with. Above all, she genuinely works for the best outcome for both seller and buyer. We highly recommend Sandra as a real estate agent and will be happy to use her services to buy or sell properties in the future. We are a first home buyer with a young family and had a lot of doubts and hesitation before deciding on the property. Sandra patiently answered all our answers and also recommended what to look out for and be careful when buying a first home. We liked the following personality traits in Sandra - Showed empathy and courteous in all conversations. Sandra never lost her cool even under pressure or during difficult conversations. - Disciplined: Well organised, punctual and composed in her approach. - Creativity: Thinks outside the box to solve a problem. Sandra helped us solve an issue with Contract of Sale document quickly before I could put an offer an other shortlisted property. - Excellent communication skills - Passion: Goes above and beyond to achieve the best outcome. - Flexibility: Understands the needs of buyer and seller and was flexible in arranging inspections, late evening negotiations and working with third-party for building inspections and bank's property valuation.
