We've been to multiple open homes in the past 1 year, and Sandra is one of the most genuine and warmest agent around. From the initial greeting until you leave the property, Sandra focuses on each client group, engaging all family members (from youngest to oldest) and addressing their needs, answering questions clearly and never rushing queries. Sandra is also extremely hard working and dedicated to her work. She is accommodating of different schedules by meeting outside of work hours, discussing details with us late into the night and meeting us again first thing the next day for more clarification. In addition to the above, Sandra has a great sense of humour, is very upfront about things and provides lots of helpful ideas willingly. She has made the process of buying a property seamless, continuing to support us even after sale and keeping us updated every step of the way.
