Sandra made everything a total breeze. She worked beyond expectations to assist with the sale of my home. As I needed to move to another city I was worried about how this was all going to be done. Yet Sandra took charge and made me calm and did an amazing job. What else is there too say? Sandra is amazing and anyone thinking of using Sandra should have no doubts, she’s amazing!
Sandra's Tildsley's real estate and local knowledge is second to none. Due to this knowledge and expertise, Sandra sold our property (for the asking price), before it was actually placed on the market. Sandra is very approachable with excellent communication skills and is very professional with her approach and execution.
Fantastic to deal with, keeps you informed every step of the way.
Sandra was a breath of fresh air during our selling process. She was accurate in her estimation of the sale price, coordinated multiple interested parties, and remained engaged through to the exchange of keys. We would highly recommend Sandra if looking to sell or buy a property.
Sandra was super responsive and professional to work with. She went above and beyond to assist us as buyers that were new to the area. Nothing was an issue for Sandra and I would recommend her to any property seller. We would definitely be turning to her to sell our property if the times comes. She demonstrated honesty, integrity and followed through on all discussed in an efficient manner.
